The Backyard Gallery was opened in May 2011 as an exhibition space for the impressionist oil paintings of France by internationally collected K B Hancock.
KBH has been a painter all of his life and is the only British member of la Societe Nationale des Beaux Arts and is invited annually by them to exhibit at 'Art en Capital'
at the Grand Palais, Paris and at the Paris Salon. There is a constantly changing selection of original oil paintings and limited edition giclee prints so please do visit us.
It is also the business 'home' of his wife, Elisabeth, who specialises in hand-finished
and gilded frames, fine art prints and 'affordable framed ephemera'. We will also be holding a variety of exhibitions by other painters. See next page for details of current exhibition ' Women through Painters' Eyes'.
